Merry Fitness and Happy New Rear! Why Fitness is More Important Over the Holidays
'Tis the season for overeating. During the holidays there is more food, more drink and, unfortunately, more stress. Physical activity can help reduce stress and give us the energy we need for all of our holiday obligations. Plus, the average American gains between 5 and 7 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Year's. All the more reason to stay active. I talk with Lorelle Ciccita, fitness instructor and owner of Forza Fitness, an online fitness club about the importance of fitness, staying motivated and finding our "why."
